to create the “Headwaters Heritage & Cultural Center” with educational programs on Florida’s history, culture, arts, and science for visitors and the entire community

to operate the Headwaters Heritage & Cultural Center (HHCC) and provide diverse audiences with engaging educational programs that cultivate an understanding and appreciation of Florida’s history and multicultural heritage and nurture the stewardship of the natural environment
Florida’s History is Our Future
The Headwaters Heritage & Cultural Center will soon be built in Fellsmere, Florida
In the rustic setting of the nearby St. Johns River Headwaters, the Cultural Center will highlight educational and entertaining Florida heritage exhibits, programs and special events.
Native plant, bird and butterfly gardens, nature trails and gift shop will also be featured.
Specialty foods related to Florida’s heritage will be available.
